How to place an order online

Follow the following instructions to place an online order

  1. Select the product you wish to purchase.
  2. Click on BUY NOW.
  3. If you wish to add more items, click on CONTINUE SHOPPING to continue to browse the site.
  4. When you are ready to complete your purchase, click on CHECKOUT.
  5. Login as an existing customer, or if this is your first time you will be asked to register your details to create your Ask The Teacher Account.
  6. Next review your order, check shipping details, if applicable enter and apply your promotion, gift certificate or store discount code and proceed to “Payment Information”.
  7. Select your payment option. If paying by Credit Card complete the required information, acknowledge the Terms of Business and click CHECKOUT to submit your order.
  8. If you choose any of the other payment options (Cheque, Money Order, Fax or Bank Transfer), all relevant information on where to transfer, send or fax your payment will be provided after you have clicked on SUBMIT ORDER.
  9. Click SUBMIT ORDER to submit your order.

 

Can I place my order and pay over the telephone or at your office?

Yes, our Customer Service team can assist you to place an order and pay over the phone. However the pricing displayed on our website is for orders submitted via the website only.

Orders placed by phone, fax, in person or by mail order which require hand processing by our staff will be charged the full RRP prices quoted on the website, plus a $10 non-refundable administration fee.

If you simply wish to pay for an order you have submitted via the website using the non-immediate payment option, please contact us with your credit details and have your order number ready.

Once I have placed my order, can I change it?

ATT will only allow you to make changes to your order within 1 business day of the original order being placed. We are unable to combine multiple orders after the payment for the first order is processed.
